Born in a tent and raised on the ancestral lands of the Kluane First Nation, Diyet crafts a sound as diverse as her Southern Tutchone, Tlingit, Japanese, and Scottish heritage. Singing in both English and her native Southern Tutchone, she shares stories deeply rooted in her Indigenous worldview from fishing for dinner on the ice one day to performing on international stages the next.
