Release, Reflect, and Renew Under the Full Moon

The Full Moon marks a time to release, renew, and step into the next chapter of your journey refreshed and empowered. Gather under the luminous glow of the full moon in our tipi to celebrate the culmination of the lunar cycle.

This transformative event includes:

Symbolism of Completion: Reflect on the fruits of your labour and celebrate the accomplishments of the past month.

Letting Go: Engage in rituals to release what no longer serves you—whether it’s old patterns, grudges, or self-doubt.

Sacred Ceremony: Experience guided meditations, drumming, and other Indigenous practices designed to harness the full moon’s energy for renewal.

Healing Medicines and Teas: Enjoy information on sacred teas and traditional medicines that honour Indigenous wisdom and connect you with the Earth.

Community Connection: Bond with others in a supportive space of healing and celebration.

What to Bring:

Blanket: For warmth and comfort during outdoor activities.
Drum or Rattle: If you have a drum or rattle, bring it along to participate in the drumming sessions. We will have some drums/rattles to use during the event
Journal: A journal and pen for jotting down reflections, thoughts, or insights during the meditation and storytelling sessions.
Weather-Appropriate Clothing: Please dress according to the weather forecast. As the event will be held outdoors, layers and comfortable clothing are recommended.
Open Mind: Be willing to embrace the experience with an open heart and mind.
Optional attire: Ribbon or Regular Skirt.
