Star Party at Elk Island National Park

Attend activities all day at the Astotin Lake Recreation Area, including interpretive programs, food trucks and special guest performances! Enjoy a special Alberta Parks performance at 3pm – DSI: Dark Sky Investigator, followed by a presentation at 8pm from University of Alberta’s satellite experts all about the Alberta Sat program. Stay and stargaze on Astotin Beach starting at 9pm (weather permitting). Bring a red-light headlamp or flashlight for better night sky viewing! No white lights, please.
