WINTERFEST – 2020 – Canceled
Yesterday the Provincial Government provided an in-depth overview of restrictions for Alberta, which will be in place until mid-December 2020. Amongst this criteria was a clear direction on Festivals, both indoor and outdoor not being permitted for all of the Province.
Although unfortunate, the activities planned for this weekend for Winterfest must be canceled. These events are: The Stationary Parade and the Fireworks.
Please note: The Business and Residential Decorating component can still continue. It is the hope of the Winterfest Committee to be able to hold the highly anticipated fireworks at a later date, when permitted and safe to do so.
In the interim, we as a community must follow suit, and simply delay a large component of our yearly event.
We trust brighter days are ahead.

Fire Works – Ball Diamond #4 – Sports Grounds – 6:30 p.m.
