Why Go?
The Elk Island Golf Course is one of the oldest courses in northern Alberta. Established in 1936, this is a nine-hole course cut into the moraine of the Beaver Hills and Cooking Lake Region. This area was declared a UNESCO Biosphere on March 21, 2016.If you don’t have your own clubs, don’t let that keep you away. Elk Island Golf Course offers club & cart rentals. All you need to do is show up. Also need to book a space for a tournament or corporate retreat? The clubhouse is available to rent.
