The Go East of Edmonton Online Scan Prize Draw (the “Contest”) is open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry. No purchase is necessary to enter. Entries are accepted during the contest period by completing the online entry form accessed via the official Go East of Edmonton QR code. Limit one (1) entry per person. One or more prizes, which may include gift certificates or promotional items, will be awarded by random draw from all eligible entries received. Prizes have no cash value, are non-transferable, and must be accepted as awarded. Selected entrant(s) will be contacted using the information provided at entry. If a selected entrant cannot be contacted, does not respond within a reasonable time, or is found to be ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. By entering, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information solely for the administration of the Contest and related communications from Go East of Edmonton, unless otherwise stated. Go East of Edmonton is not responsible for technical issues, lost or incomplete entries, or QR code scanning errors. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Contest at any time and the Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws.
