Metis Crossing Vest Workshop

Celebrate Métis culture with this unique, hands-on experience at Métis Crossing! Over two days, our knowledge keeper and traditional teacher, Lilyrose Meyers, will guide you through the process of crafting a traditional Métis melton vest. You’ll learn to cut, sew, and decorate your vest using Métis techniques like beadwork, hair tufting, appliqué, ribbon work, or embroidery. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced in sewing, this workshop is designed for everyone!
