Vermilion – Lighten Up Sound Bath

Sound Baths are a meditative experience where participants are ‘bathed’ in the healing vibrations of sound. This is a scientific proven technique to soothe the nervous system and break up energy blockages in the body that cause dis-ease.

Bring your blankets, pillows, foamy mattress, and whatever else you need to snuggle into the healing sounds of wellness!
