Kick your boots off just under an hour away from Edmonton for a sizzling good time at the Lamont Summer Sizzler Rodeo!
Activities begin Saturday morning with the Town of Lamont Parade and pancake breakfast at 10am, then head over to the rodeo grounds for the Kids fun rodeo at 11am! Be sure to enter the kids in advance or enjoy watching others in the Kid’s Fun Rodeo! All kids welcome, no experience necessary for ages 3 to 11 to participate in fun activities to learn how the professionals do it. There will also be Mutton Bustin’ but it’s based on the luck of the draw!
Richardson Pioneer’s Kid Fun Zone opens at 11am each day with a petting zoo, pony rides, bouncy house, face painting and bird house building.
The Lakeland Rodeo Association performance with Ricky Ticky starts at 2pm with the steak supper following at 5pm. Beer gardens will be open all weekend.
After supper, Saturday afternoon there will be the crowd favorite & TikTok viral sensation, Combine Crunch!!
Have a Boot Scootin Good time dancing in the dirt with Garrett Gregory! A breakout country artist with genuine charm, Garrett Gregory will take you to a whole new level of “entertained”.
Sunday morning starts out at 8am with breakfast and rodeo slack, followed by the rodeo performance at 1pm. Finish off the weekend with the finals of the combine crunch!
