Come and experience opera in a new and exciting way. Comic (book) Opera’s inaugural production of Cendrillon, by French composer Jules Massenet, will fascinate and delight your senses with a unique visual presentation. In this new age, where digital media is becoming more constant, we have created a graphic novel adaptation of the opera to allow audiences anywhere to be able to take in the full aural experience of
opera, while also enjoying a visual experience, which is certain to enchant. On the stage, you will see an all-Canadian cast of singers, an orchestra featuring members of the esteemed Edmonton Symphony Orchestra, and, most importantly, the electrifying comic created by a talented team of Albertan artists.
