DAYSLAND ATTRACTIONS & EVENTS
Step into a world of entertainment at the historic Palace Theatre, where captivating movies, exhilarating concerts, and lively dance classes bring your evenings to life! Built in 1952 and located on main street, it’s a true gem for the town of Daysland! DaysArts has a series of 6 concerts between November and April featuring a variety of live performances which may include many different genres of music as well as drama, dance or comedy. Watch their Facebook page for weekly movie nights with the best popcorn ever (with real butter!) and a kids camp each summer.
Join the community for an excellent Canada Day Celebration with lots of activities for the whole family to enjoy. Every year, the Daysland Business Association plans a day of fun for all ages. Partake in kids’ activities, grab a burger, listen to music provided by local talent, and enjoy Greasy D’s Rod & Kustom Car Show. They also host weekly barbecues at Gazebo Park, weather permitting, through the summer months. A Farmer’s Day Celebration, Christmas Parade of Lights, and Christmas Market offer a variety of events throughout the year.
Outdoors
Experience nature’s beauty through a stroll on the scenic 3.5 km Crocus Trail. Follow the purple Crocus Trail flags throughout the town, guiding you to this hidden gem. As spring arrives, the fish pond along the Crocus Trail is freshly stocked with trout, providing an enjoyable opportunity for fishing enthusiasts.
Stay awhile and set up camp at Edgerton Day Campground, conveniently located just 1 km south of Daysland on Rg Rd 163, or opt for a more local experience at the tree lined Daysland Golf Course Campground. Discover the exclusive Golf & Stay deals available on weekdays and challenge yourself to hit the island green at the Daysland Golf Club.
Shop
Experience a memorable daytrip or a refreshing stopover in Daysland with a range of retail stores and cafes.
