- 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM: FREE Hot Chocolate and popcorn at Rotary Rendezvous Park with the Vegreville Vipers
- 6:00 PM: Countdown to Light Up at Rotary Rendezvous Park
- 6:05 PM: Parade down Main Street
- 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM: Letters to Santa & Crafts at the Vegreville Aquatic & Fitness Centre Lobby
- 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM: FREE Public Swim with Food Bank Donation (120 patrons maximum)
- 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM: Coca-Cola Truck at Vegreville CO-OP
- 6:45 PM – 8:00 PM: FREE Photos with Santa at the Vegreville Aquatic & Fitness Centre Lobby
- 8:00 PM: Vegreville Rangers Game at Wally Fedun Arena. *Kids 12 and under FREE with a paying adult
