Join Métis Knowledge Holder and Traditional Teacher to be introduced to some plants important to Métis. Respectful, seasonal harvesting teachings, protocols when working with the plants, handling and storing methods, and some traditional uses will be explored. Participants will be introduced to some basic methods in tea preparation, salve making, and more.

What’s included
All Supplies are included: plants, tea bags, containers, beeswax, carrier oil, and preservatives

Special Considerations:
People should be aware of their own potential allergies. We will be sampling different plants and cannot guarantee an allergen-free space. We will be outside for a good portion of the day; please dress for the weather.
