Tri-Quest – Bike Paddle Run

Race time: 1 p.m.
Take on three challenges:
9 km bike
3 km paddle
4.5 km run
Compete solo or as a team of up to four. Youth solo and team options are available.
An award presentation will follow the race.
Stick around after the race to enjoy an on-site BBQ (additional cost) and local musical talent. Bring lawn chairs or blankets to stay comfortable.
Make a weekend of it. Race registrants recieve 10% off camping at Muriel Lake M.D. Park for the weekend of the race.
