The 2024 season wrap-up for “Music in the Forest” will welcome Christin Hyshka (solo/duo/band) to Sir Winston Churchill Provincial Park’s Community Facility.
Christin Hyshka is a Canadian folk roots singer-songwriter with a unique voice and music that’s filled with grit and hope. A heartfelt, honest, and fun-loving performer, his songs tell meaningful stories that mirror the experiences of his listeners’ lives.
Christin grew up in rural Manitoba listening to Neil Young, Dylan and Steve Earl and was greatly influenced by the imagery these artists depict through their songwriting. He now resides in Edmonton Alberta where he recorded his debut album, The First Word followed by his newest soon-to-be-released album, Rescue.
