Why Go?
Enjoy the scenery and explore the beautiful Natural Linear Park Trails, which are accessible to the public all year round. The trailhead, created by the Alberta East Central Natural Linear Park Society, can be found northwest of the station, just across the paved road leading to Meeting Creek. As you explore the 4 km trail, you will discover amenities such as an outhouse and picnic tables. Additionally, near the restored elevator, the Canadian Northern Society has developed a 2 km Grassland Trail with informative signage throughout the park site.For Discovery Kits, trail tours or access to the gate code call (780) 672-3099. Motorized vehicles are not permitted on the trails. For outdoor recreation use for hiking, horseback riding, cycling, wagon treks, picnics, skiing and snowshoeing.
