Only Sourdough Bakehouse & Pizzeria everything is sourdough. That means – better digestion, vitamins, minerals and good fibre. They make pizzas, cinnamon buns, bagels-Wed & Sat, breads- plain, cheesy and cheesy jalapeno, raisin, cranberry and some specialty loaves like Hemp infused. They also make cookies, cakes and waffles. Sourdough is a fermentation of flour and water- that’s it.
What’s Unique?They do not use any yeast in their facility. They rely on the power of fermentation.
