Prairie Gardens (north of Bon Accord) 

Exciting family adventures are just a 25-minute drive away from Edmonton! 


Covering over 50 acres in Sturgeon County near Bon Accord, Prairie Gardens is a haven for plant lovers, featuring a collection of more than 800 varieties of fruits and vegetables. Prairie Gardens invites visitors to wander through their expansive greenhouses, bountiful farms, and vibrant gardens.  The orchards are a treat for the senses, and the on-site Garden Centre offers a wide selection of flowers, herbs, fruit trees, pumpkins, and vegetables available from May to October. For those eager to learn, the Farm School hosts engaging workshops on homesteading, orcharding, and plant care. With the arrival of summer’s warmth, the Adventure Farm also hosts an enjoyable U-pick experience that you don’t want to miss!
