12:00 – 4:00 Castor Farmers Market (Castor Community Hall)

2:00-3:00 Kids Crafts at FCSS Building

5:00-7:30 Pig Roast (Castor Community Hall), Proceeds to the Castor Rodeo

$20 adult, $10 Youth

7:30 Husband Calling Competition (Castor Community Hall)

5:00 – 8:00 Fair Entries Accepted. South West Room of Community Hall – For information, contact Shelly Pals at 403-740-6544.

4:00-7:00 pm Petting Zoo sponsored by Capital Power (Elevator Grounds) and ATB Carnival games

2:00-4:00 pm Kids crafts at FCSS building

5:00 – 8:00 pm Fair Exhibits Open (Hall)

5:00 – 7:00 pm Free BBQ Supper sponsored by Local Businesses (Castor Community Hall)

7:00 – 9:00 pm Family Street Dance – at FCSS Building, DJ sponsored by FCSS

August 16

8:00 – 10:00 am Free Pancake Breakfast – By Castor Ag. Society, please bring a food bank item.

8:00 – 4:00 pm Exhibits Open at the hall

9:00 – 12:00 pm Children’s Activities – Free Bouncy House, Face Painting & Glitter Tattoos.

10:00 – 2:30 pm Castor Cruise-In Car Show at Dark Knight Parking Lot. BBQ supporting the Legion at noon

10:00- 4:00 pm Pop-up Tea House at the Legion

11:00 – 1:30 pm Home Hardware Barbeque – Proceeds to local non-profit

12:00-4:00 Opportunity Shop open

1:30 pm Parade on Main Street – staging at Theresetta School

2:30-5:30 Flyin’ Bob Circus Arts Drop-in Grass west of Castor Hall (Arena if it rains)

2:00 (Approx) – 4:00 pm Castor Museum open

2:00 (Approx) – 4:00 pm Touch a Truck Event – located on the grass south of the Museum

3:45 pm Pick up Entries

4:00 pm Prizes Awarded

​5:00 -9:00 pm Geoff Dean memorial family BBQ. In the park next to the swimming pool

10:30 am Interdenominational Church Service Location: Grass Lawn to the north of Extendicare.

Bring a lawn chair and a Picnic Lunch to enjoy following the service

1:30 pm Fun Charity Run. Start point: Theresetta School. Funds raised go towards the new pool deck
