In the boreal forest where the prairies meet parkland, on the shores of Cold Lake you’ll find a surprise. Kinosoo Ridge is ready for you! Get your skis or snowboard ready and purchase a Day Pass or Seasons Pass and begin at the Learn To Ski Park! Arrive at the top via the Magic Carpet or experience all the Terrain Park features via four lifts, including a quick quad chair, to take you to the top of the trees to explore the rest of the 42 acre resort.
The chalet is home to the ski and snowboard equipment rental and tech/tuning shops, and also features a cafeteria.You can find all of the rates on their website. Equipment rentals are available for ages as young as 17 months and up. They’ll fit up to a size 14 boot and can accommodate those over six feet tall. Visit the Tuning Shop for any major repairs or general maintenance such as a wax and sharpen!You won’t go hungry during your snow adventure days at Kinosoo Ridge! There’s a new chef in the kitchen and he has big plans for some exciting new specials! Their signature homemade gravy will be back by popular demand (along with a gluten-free alternative) to accompany the famous resort poutine. And watch for the return of the burgers, including the homemade veggie burger- it’s sure to be a hit! Kinosoo Ridge is going local with an exciting mix of Hamel’s Meats, Journey North Cider Co., and Cold Lake Brewing and Distilling on the menu. In the beverage department, the new slushie machine is sure to be a hit for those of all ages.

The Kinosoo Team plans to revamp the Churro Shack this season, which means MORE TREATS! Snacks such as churros, hot chocolate, coffee, cookies, and homemade sandwiches will be available ‘grab & ski’ style. Find the Churro Shack between the Chalet and Bunny Hill.
East of Cold Lake. Kinosoo Ridge has served as North Eastern Alberta’s premiere downhill ski facility for 35 years. There are 13 runs of varied skiing ability, tubing and terrain parks.
