Wolf Lake M.D. Park is located 65 km north of Bonnyville, Alberta. This peaceful, campground is the perfect park to unplug and relax in nature, offering 59 non-power sites. Backcountry camping at its best coupled with great Walleye fishing and large Northern Pike, it’s easy to pass the time surrounded by the lush forest. Also including a boat launch and dock for easy access to the lake and a large playground for kids to enjoy. Before you go – if you’re planning on walleye fishing, be sure to apply for tags. Caretakers are on site, fire pits and firewood available for sale, with outhouses, non-potable water, and trailer dumping station. Online reservations open April 1, 2024 at 8:30 a.m at https://letscamp.ca/camps/wolf-lake until the campground officially opens, May 10, to September.How to get there: Located 20 km north of Bonnyville on Hwy. 41, 15 km west on Hwy. 55 and 30 km north on Rge. Rd. 475.
