Why Stay?
Wolf Lake M.D. Park sits 20 km north of Bonnyville on Hwy. 41, then 15 km west on Hwy. 55 and 30 km north on Rge. Rd. 475. This peaceful campground is an ideal spot to unplug and enjoy nature, with 59 non-powered sites. It offers prime backcountry camping, excellent walleye fishing, and large northern pike, all surrounded by lush forest. The park also features a boat launch and dock for easy lake access, plus a large playground for kids. If you plan on walleye fishing, be sure to review the Alberta Guide to Sportfishing Regulations and get your tags at mywildalberta.ca. Non-potable water is available via hand pump.
The campground is open from May 8 to September 6, 2026, with online reservations opening at 8:30 a.m. MDT at letscamp.ca on March 30, 2026 for stays of seven nights or more and on April 1, 2026 for all other bookings.
