Kinosoo Ridge Father’s Day (June 21)
Treat Dad to a day on the hill, including Father’s Day Brunch, scenic chairlift rides, and a BBQ & Beer Garden. The Adventure Park and Target Golf will operate during their regular hours.
Vegreville Demolition Derby & Car Show (June 21)

There are some great events happening at Métis Crossing this month, including a Father’s Day BBQ and Indigenous Peoples Day.

Indigenous Peoples Day is a national celebration that honours the history, heritage, cultures, and contributions of First Nations, Inuit, and Métis peoples across Canada. This event is free and open to the public!

June 26-27 – Ardmore Motorsports Lawnmower Races and Truck & Tractor Pull
Ardmore Motorsports brings this exciting event to the Lakeland region. Take in the fun of lawnmower racing as well as a truck & tractor pull. There’s also a live band performing on Friday evening. There will also be an on-site concession and beer gardens. Limited camping available.

June 26-28 – Village of Marwayne Centennial Celebration
Celebrate a century of memories, reconnect with old friends, explore local history, and help create new memories for generations to come. This celebration will include the following activities:
⭐ Pancake Breakfast
⭐ Centennial Parade at 11 AM
⭐ Vendor Market on Main Street
⭐ Classic Car Show
⭐ Kids Zone, Petting Zoo & Wagon Rides

Experience the Ukrainian Cultural Heritage Village

The annual “Vintage Day Show & Shine” event returns this year, after being closed last season due to a fire. This year’s event will take place on Sunday, June 28, 2026. Owners and collectors are invited to display their vintage car, truck, motorcycle or tractor at the museum.
Celebrate Canada Day
