We’re featuring just a few of the events in the region, but you can access many more in our events calendar.

Lloydminster – Lloydminster Christmas Craft Fair & Chamber Expo
The Lloydminster Chamber of Commerce is hosting the 35th Annual Christmas Craft Fair & Chamber Expo. This is the largest Christmas market in the Midwest boasting over 350 booths including handmade crafts, businesses, antiques, and food court!
Vegreville Christmas Arts and Crafts Sale, Vegreville Visual Artists Jingle & Mingle Art Show and Vegreville Annual Home & Business Makers Market
It’s a full weekend of shopping in Vegreville with not 1 but 3 events on Saturday, November 18th. From crafts, gifts, art and more, you’re guaranteed to find something for everyone! Plus, don’t miss A Very Vegreville Christmas on November 24th complete with a Parade and Santa!
Sherwood Park – NOSH Food Fest
Come and support over 100 food and beverage producers from across Alberta. There is something for everyone!! Sweet, salty, savoury, saucy, spicy, vegan, gluten-free, international cuisine, and more!
Vilna Christmas Market – November 18
Lac La Biche – Festival of Trees and Shopping Extravaganza
November 23rd—26th at the Bold Centre
This is such a remarkable event, with all proceeds going to non-profits whose objective is to enhance the lives of children & youth in our local communities.
Attending the Festival of Trees is FREE! Instead, we kindly ask you to bring a non-perishable food item, new or gently used warm clothing, an unwrapped toy or stuffed animal or monetary donation.
Wainwright – Snowball Craft and Trade Show
Come shop, have a delicious lunch, and enjoy the offerings from talented vendors!

Camrose – Camrose Midnight Madness
Bring the whole family and enjoy a festive evening with carollers, wagon rides, scavenger hunts, and more! There are also unique shopping items and plenty of other activities.

Strathcona County – Christmas in the Heartland
Welcome in winter with a trip to the country. Christmas in the Heartland is a driving tour of unique rural venues steeped in tradition. Local halls and churches will be filled with artisans and crafters, ice carvings, nativity displays, sleigh rides, holiday music and more. Local venues will be featuring different aspects of a traditional Christmas – Good Hope Hall, Moyer Rec Centre, Bethany Lutheran Church, Brookville Community Hall, and Partridge Hill Hall.

Smoky Lake – Métis Crossing Holiday Market
Saturday, November 25 11 a.m. – 4p.m.
Cold Lake – Craft Show
Crafts, antiques, and a variety of other vendors will be at the Cold Lake Energy Centre Fieldhouse on Saturday, November 25 from 10am – 4pm.
Admission is free.
